Finally feel like I might get my football abs back someday soon. I didn’t realize that my abdominal muscles were separated from the excess weight over the years...so when I lost the weight, but couldn’t get rid of the paunch, I thought I wasn’t trying hard enough. Now, the muscles have been repaired and I’m just waiting for the go ahead to start some serious exercise!
